The North Carolina Courage and forward Bianca St-Georges have agreed to part ways, according to a club announcement on Tuesday. This mutual termination allows the experienced NWSL player to explore new opportunities.
St-Georges joined the team as a free agent before the 2024 season, contributing significantly during her time with the Courage. She played 766 minutes in 21 appearances, scoring three goals and providing one assist. Her performance included an impressive two-goal game against the Houston Dash in her debut.
Before her tenure with the Courage, St-Georges was with Chicago Red Stars for three seasons. Throughout her four-year career in the NWSL, she has accumulated 3,481 regular season minutes, netting nine goals and assisting four times.
Following this departure, the Courage's roster consists of 26 players under contract. Of these players, 25 are active while one is listed on the season-ending injury list.
