The North Carolina Courage has announced its updated preseason roster, adhering to the National Women's Soccer League's 32-player limit deadline. The team currently hosts 30 players in camp, with 21 under contract. Five contracted players are away on international duty.

These five players contribute to a total of 26 rostered individuals for the Courage, with one player listed on the season-ending injury list and 25 active participants. The team is utilizing all six available international spots, having traded one spot to San Diego Wave FC during an offseason deal involving midfielder Jaedyn Shaw. Shaw is presently engaged with the United States Women's National Team for the SheBelieves Cup.

The current roster is organized by position and includes both contracted players and non-roster invitees:
