Rep. Scott Franklin (FL-18) questioned Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack on what his department is doing to help the Florida citrus growers impacted by the 2022 hurricane season. Franklin urged the Secretary to commit to providing aid to growers during a House Appropriations Committee Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development and Food and Drug Administration hearing.
