On Tuesday, April 8, former Holly Springs High School standout Kari Shedrick’s current college team, the Charlotte 49ers, lost 12-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Virginia Tech Hokies.

The game took place at Tech Softball Park. This was their first matchup against the Hokies this season.

The 49ers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Tiger Softball Complex against Memphis Tigers.
