On Tuesday, April 1, former Apex Friendship High School standout Connor Wong’s current college team, the Wheeling Cardinals, lost 15-10 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the California Vulcans.

The game took place at Wild Things Park. This was their second matchup against the Vulcans this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 12 p.m. at JB Chambers I-470 Complex against Salem Tigers.
