Former Fuquay-Varina High School standout Rhett James’ collegiate team to play for NCAA D2 Baseball Championship starting Thursday, May 16

Former Fuquay-Varina High School player and current UNC Pembroke Braves right handed pitcher, Rhett James, will compete in the NCAA D2 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number four seed against the fifth seeded Young Harris Mountain Lions.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
