Community Connectors is seeking trusted voices within Raleigh’s neighborhoods to help expand the reach of the City’s engagement efforts. Engagement efforts will include rezoning neighborhood meetings and planning projects.
There are 15 positions available that will work with Raleigh’s Planning and Development Department and the Office of Community Engagement. If you or someone you know has a passion for civic projects and advocating for their neighbors, apply to become a Community Connector!
The key roles will include:
- Sharing information with communities to increase understanding of city projects and processes.
- Partnering with city staff to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Gathering information from residents and discussing key issues that are important for the community.
- Support the Public Projects Community Support Fund efforts.
