Village of Clemmons issued the following announcement on September 8.
The applicant for Zoning Docket C-245 has asked for postponement for a later date. Therefore, the Public Hearing for the Mid-Atlantic Commercial Properties, LLC Annexation and Rezoning will not be heard at tonight's meeting.
Zoning Docket C-242 - Springfield Village Preliminary Major Subdivision Approval and Rezoning will be heard at tonight's meeting Tuesday, September 7th at 6PM in the Council Chambers, located in the back of Village Hall, 3715 Clemmons Road. The meeting will be live streamed to our YouTube Channel.
