Apex home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Apex rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $334,000 - a 3.1% increase over the $324,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Apex in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Apex for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,495, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
