Morrisville home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Morrisville fell by $29,750 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,000 - a 8.5% decrease over the $351,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Morrisville in June 2018.
