The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Holly Springs rose by $4,250 while total sales increased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $304,250 - a 1.4% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Holly Springs in August 2018.
