Clayton home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Clayton fell by $14,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $275,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Clayton in August 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Clayton for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,232, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
