On Wednesday, April 2, former Pro5 Academy standouts Drew Downs and Jaden Winter’s current college team, the East Carolina Pirates, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Elon Phoenix.

The game took place at Clark–LeClair Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Phoenix this season.

The Pirates’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at Clark–LeClair Stadium against Florida Atlantic Owls.
