On Friday, May 2, former Fuquay-Varina High School standout Kaylee Furr’s current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, lost 4-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears.

The game took place at Wingate Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Bears this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 3:45 p.m. at Wingate Softball Complex against Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters.
