On Friday, April 18, former Fuquay-Varina High School standout Kaylee Furr’s current college team, the Wingate Bulldogs, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters.

The game took place at Dorothy Neely Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Railsplitters this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 3:30 p.m. at Wingate Softball Complex against Mars Hill Lions.
