Indya Nivar, an accomplished basketball player from Apex Friendship High School, took the court on Thursday, Feb. 26, as the North Carolina Tar Heels secured an 82-70 win against the Virginia Cavaliers.
The 5-foot-10 senior guard posted four points, seven assists and collected three rebounds while logging 37 minutes of playing time.
Nivar and North Carolina will next face the Duke Blue Devils at home on Sunday, March 1, with tip-off set for 12 p.m.
