The Town of Holly Springs has started its biennial Community Satisfaction Survey, aiming to gather feedback from residents to guide future decisions. The survey is part of an ongoing effort by town leaders to assess and improve municipal services.

“We want to make sure that the services we provide are the services that our community needs,” said Holly Springs Town Manager Randy Harrington. “This feedback gives us data to determine how well we meet resident expectations, and clear direction on what could be improved.”

The survey addresses a range of topics such as public safety, parks and recreation, roadway infrastructure, and customer service. ETC Institute, a national governmental research firm, is conducting the survey. Residents selected at random will receive surveys by mail with a prepaid return envelope or can respond online.

Collected responses will be analyzed by ETC Institute and results will be presented to the Mayor and Town Council in early 2026. The findings from previous surveys are available for review.
