The Town of Holly Springs has issued a reminder to its utility customers regarding the security of their account information. The town emphasizes that it will not call existing utility customers to request their account number or payment details over the phone.
“When the Town needs to call customers regarding an issue with their account, no payment or identifying personal information is requested from the customer,” stated the announcement.
Residents with questions or concerns about utility billing are encouraged to contact the town directly by calling 311 or (919) 577-3111.
