On Tuesday, April 8, former Holly Springs High School standout Matt Willadsen’s current college team, the North Carolina State Wolfpack, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the East Carolina Pirates.

The game took place at Clark–LeClair Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Pirates this season.

The Wolfpack’s next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Doak Field at Dail Park against Louisville Cardinals.
