On Saturday, May 10, former Fuquay-Varina High School standout Kaylee Furr’s current collegiate team the Wingate Bulldogs lost 0-7 against the Francis Marion Patriots in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at FMU Softball Stadium at 1 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Francis Marion Patriots in the tournament.

The Wingate Bulldogs’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 10 at 1 p.m. at FMU Softball Stadium.
